

Name the Google Calendar the same as your Outlook Category.Select the arrow next to "My calendars" and Create New Calendar.Open Google Calendar in your web browser.Return to the main menu of CompanionLink.įor each Outlook Category that you wish to sync, you will need a corresponding Google Calendar with the same name.Ensure the box to Create Sub-Calendars in Outlook in not checked.Under "Please select which Google Calendars you would like to synchronize" that you have, either select All Calendars or Selected Calendars.Note: If any of the calendars in the Google Calendar list are marked Read-Only, we will be unable to sync events added to this calendar in Outlook as this type of Google calendar does not allow additions from anywhere but the source.If you add records to these Calendars in Outlook they will sync to the Google Calendar of the same name. You should now see new Outlook Calendars with the same names as the selected Google Sub-Calendars.
